Lust

Cursed be the one who, for lust’s sake,
Many walls would disband.
Blessed be that who, for heaven’s sake,
Those broken walls would mend.

Fool people to the murderous desire submit;
To the bloody thing they cling.
Wise people sacrifice and lustful joy forfeit,
For the destructiveness it may bring.

Blessed be that who honours his wife’s name
Cursed be that who, on his family, brings shame.
